Convert your business bank statements to Excel

Running a small business usually means more than one account and more than one PDF statement every month, and typing transactions by hand doesn't scale. Upload a business checking or savings statement here and download an Excel or CSV file with every transaction in its own row, ready for your bookkeeping software or a bookkeeper to work from. It works with statements from most major US banks plus a general parser for anything else, though we don't claim a bank-specific parser for any single bank's business layout. We recompute the running balance from the transactions and compare it to the balances on the statement. A match earns a verified badge, to the cent; a mismatch is flagged for review rather than delivered as confirmed, which matters when the numbers feed your books. Each statement converts one at a time; a business tier for multiple accounts is coming soon.

Verified, not guessed.

We reconcile every row against your statement's opening and closing balances, to the cent. Statements that don't reconcile are labeled for review, never silently delivered wrong.

Deleted immediately.

Your PDF is encrypted in transit and at rest, and deleted the moment conversion finishes. Not after 24 hours. Immediately. Converted files are kept 7 days so you can re-download, then deleted too.

Your data stays here.

Conversion runs on hardware we own. Your statement is never sent to a third-party AI service, and we never train anything on your data.

Frequently asked questions

Does this work for business checking accounts at any bank?

It works with statements from most major US banks, plus a general parser for banks we haven't specifically studied. Some banks and account types reconcile more reliably than others.

Can I convert statements for multiple business accounts?

Each conversion handles one PDF at a time today. Convert each account's statement separately and combine the spreadsheets afterward, or watch for the business tier built for handling multiple accounts at once, which is coming soon.

Is this suitable for a bookkeeper managing several client businesses?

It works well for individual conversions right now. A dedicated business tier for bookkeepers managing multiple accounts and clients is planned but not yet available.

How do you make sure the numbers are right for my books?

We recompute the running balance from the extracted transactions and compare it to the opening and closing balances printed on the statement. A match earns a verified badge, to the cent; a mismatch is flagged for review instead of silently accepted.

What happens to my business statement after conversion?

It's encrypted in transit and at rest and deleted the moment conversion finishes. The spreadsheet remains available for 7 days for re-download, then it's deleted too.

Can I import the output into QuickBooks or Xero?

Yes, the CSV export uses standard Date, Description, Debit, Credit, and Balance columns that both QuickBooks and Xero accept through their manual CSV import options. We don't yet offer native .qbo or Xero statement file formats.
