Convert your Chase bank statement to Excel

Tax season means digging through a year of Chase statements and typing transactions into a spreadsheet by hand, or paying someone else to do it. Upload your Chase bank statement PDF here instead and get back an Excel or CSV file with every deposit, withdrawal, and fee in its own row, ready for a Schedule C or your accountant's intake form. We haven't mapped Chase's statement layout in detail, so your file runs through the same general parser we use for statements we don't specifically recognize. We recompute the running balance from the extracted transactions and compare it to the opening and closing balances on your statement. A match earns a verified badge, to the cent; anything that doesn't line up gets labeled for review instead of handed to you as correct. Your PDF is deleted the moment conversion finishes, and the first conversion is free, no signup required.

Verified, not guessed.

We reconcile every row against your statement's opening and closing balances, to the cent. Statements that don't reconcile are labeled for review, never silently delivered wrong.

Deleted immediately.

Your PDF is encrypted in transit and at rest, and deleted the moment conversion finishes. Not after 24 hours. Immediately. Converted files are kept 7 days so you can re-download, then deleted too.

Your data stays here.

Conversion runs on hardware we own. Your statement is never sent to a third-party AI service, and we never train anything on your data.

Frequently asked questions

Will this recognize my Chase statement automatically?

Chase isn't in our list of layout-mapped banks yet, so your PDF goes through the same general-purpose parser used for any statement we haven't specifically studied. It still extracts dates, descriptions, debits, credits, and balances, and we still reconcile the result against your printed balances before calling it verified.

Can I use this for a Schedule C or other tax filing?

Yes. The Excel or CSV file lists every transaction with its date, description, debit, credit, and balance, which most people copy into a spreadsheet template or hand to their accountant. We don't offer tax advice or filing, just the conversion.

What if my Chase statement doesn't reconcile?

You'll see a needs-review label instead of a verified badge. Download the file, check it against the PDF, and let us know if a transaction looks wrong so we can look into it.

Is my Chase statement stored anywhere after conversion?

The PDF is deleted the moment your file finishes converting. The Excel or CSV output stays available for 7 days so you can re-download it, then it's deleted too.

Do you send my statement to an outside AI tool?

No. Conversion runs on hardware we own. Your Chase statement never leaves our systems for a third-party AI service.
